bakpia kejunya spesial banget, coklatnya coklat banget, bagi pecinta durian disitu juga ada bakpia durian..kata sepupuku sih enakk banget soalnya aku g doyan durian jadi g bisa comment. Buat yang mau semua rasa beli yang aneka rasa 1 dus isinya bisa macem2, strawberry dan nanas yg fresh banget atau kalo enggak pilih yang rasa blueberry. Enak2 deh pokoknya, nggak malu kalo bawain oleh-oleh ini ke temen2, sodara atau calon mertua. oiya..carinya di sentra bakpia dari jl. ks tubun masuk ke utara gapura blok patuk ntar mentok belok ke kiri udah deh keliatan neon box warna ijo toska khas nya bakpia citra.
Kalo enggak mau ke pabriknya dtg ke outletnya di Toko oleh2 531 jl. Bhayangkara kios ps patuk kav 2-4 jogja mbaknya yg ngelayanin ramah2 banget lho.
Kata orang jogja sih "bakpia citra" emang bakpia yang lg booming di jogja karena rasanya. |

waktu liburan ke jogja bulan lalu sempet mampir ke bakpia citra.. tempat produksi nya bersih banget.. dan yg bikin gw kaget.. bahan bakunya ternyata paten punya.. ga seperti bakpia lainnya. kalo bakpia citra ini bakpia kejunya bener2 pake keju bermerek.. gw liat sendiri kardus2 keju asli numpuk di pojokan tempat produksinya.. yang coklatnya juga katanya pakai pasta impor.. trus waktu ditanya bedanya apa sama bakpia lainnya.. katanya sih kalo bakpia aneka rasa seperti keju, coklat, dll. dimana2 ga pernah ada yang pake bahan asli tapi rata2 pake perasa makanan doang.. tapi ya itu dia sih katanya resikonya harganya emang rada mahal.. tapi sebanding kok..jauh bgt dibanding yg di supermaket2...
trus yg punya (cewek lho..) bilang kalo dia juga lagi mau buka di jakarta, alamatnya persis sama kaya diatas trus dikasih no telp juga.. 7661422 trus katanya emang baru mau pindah2an ke jl safir blok I/7 (selisih beberapa rumah doang..) telpnya 7697082..

ancer2nya tempat bakpia citra ada di belakang rumah sakit fatmawati cilandak jakarta selatan, seberang citos. masuk dari jalan raya TB simatupang lewat jalan intan. tempatnya persis depan SDN 12 pagi cilandak. gw kemaren sempet kesana tapi ternyata beberapa minggu ini vakum (ga berproduksi) karena sepi.. tapi menurut yang punya gak lama lagi bakal mulai produksi di jakarta lagi seiring banyak permintaan lewat telp.

kemarin ak melakukan penelitian untuk tugas kuliah di sana. pemiliknya, cewek, friendly banget. enak diwawancara. biasanya kalo kita penelitian, yg diwawancara minta timbal balik, eh pas penelitian di sana, kita malah disuguhin minuman botol plus sekardus bakpia keju sama coklat yg mse anget, fresh from the oven.. baik banget. pas nyobain rasanya, ak cm bisa bilang dalam hati, baru kali ini ak ngrasain bakpia yg enak banged gini. rasanya jauh beda ma yg lain, coz bahan2nya ngga sembarangan, branded, n pake margarin bermerk jg, sedangkan kebanyakkan bakpia ngga pake margarin katanya. ngga nyesel de klo beli, meski harganya agak mahal, tapi sebanding kog....

wah panjang juga kalo liat comment2nya ^_^ cuma mau klarifikasi beberapa hal dikit aja buat temen2 yg pengen bakpia tp ga bisa ke yogya
untuk produksi bakpia dilakukan di Yogyakarta. dan untuk di jakarta hanya dibuat berdasarkan pesanan melalui telephone. awalnya bahkan tidak ada produksi sama sekali di jakarta karena itu adalah rumah tempat tinggal biasa (tempat untuk tidur kalau pulang dari kantor/kumpul2 dengan teman2).
Jadi kalau ada yang mau memesan bakpia, ya bisa di order melalui telefon itu 0818 0260 2620.
kalau lewat telpon 7661422 bs menitip pesan saja. tapi saran gw sih mending ke HP itu. jadi bisa langsung di follow up.
rumah di daerah situ memang kecil2 karena itu adalah daerah perumahan perkampungan biasa yang terletak di belakang komplek RSPP dan komplek DDN.

Baru tadi siang(Kamis, 4 november 2010),saya berkunjung ke Tempat Produksi BAKPIA CITRA JOGJA di Sanggrahan, Pathuk, Jogja,guna melakukan observasi tugas mata kuliah "Manajemen Operasi",,ketemu langsung dengan sang pemiliknya, Mbak Yusnia Seviastuti.... wah,,baik banget,,semua info bisa kita dapatkan, observasi lancar,,meski tempat produksi nya kecil,,tapi bahan yang digunakan benar-banar berkualitas...kardus kemasannya pun khas jogja nan mewah banget,,apalagi kalo mau dikasih ke pejabat2 sangat bagus..
meski jumlah karyawan masih minim, tapi etos kerjanya luar biasa, meski sibuk,,,kedatangan kami tdk di cuekin..tetap ramah sambil membuat adonan...
ngobrolnya nyaman,,,meski lesehan, tak lupa suguhan bakpia aneka rasa dan cokelat yang mak nysuzz,dan teh botol... (sampe temenku yg dari Pontianak langsung beli 2 dus bakpia citra)
